Known for her detailed fondant work; Kristy can bounce seamlessly between bold, eccentric designs, while still saving room for the simple, classic aesthetics. A master of both fondant and American buttercream.

Kristy is consistently collaborating with restaurants and shops on Long Island, working on fundraisers, markets and music release parties. She is even known to barter with other local vendors for services.

One of her favorite claim to fame moments was creating a birthday cake for the band Coheed and Cambria.

Aside from slinging frosting daily, Kristy enjoys horror movies, karaoke and visiting cafes in her free time.
